General planning documentation
KIB engineers guarantee complete and precise documentation for all phases of planning and calculation. With our comprehensive expertise, we use database-supported software solutions to create professional and standard-compliant documents that ensure maximum transparency, traceability and quality:
Plan creation
As a result of the layout planning and later detailed planning, detailed layout plans are created for the construction and installation planning. To avoid subsequent core drilling, breakthrough plans are created for pipe routes.
Isometry creation
The assembly cosmetics generated from the 3D detailed planning show the support positions, weld seams, parts lists, spool numbers if required and all parameters in addition to the pipe runs.
Isometric system views
We supply isometric system views for the simple visualization of pipe strings and the representation of the supporting steel structure in the pipe run and the arrangement of the aggregates.
Steel construction production drawings
We create precise 2D drawings for the production of plant components, which contain all the necessary information for production. Specific drawings for all supporting steel structures.
Special component drawings
In exceptional cases, special components are used for special stresses or requirements. We create production drawings for these components
List system
Professional list management is essential for a well-structured and transparent planning process.
